JANUARY IN SERVICE WITH K.K.I. KARES™

COMMUNITY SERVICE THEME: PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS

As we begin a new year, January focuses on Physical and Mental Health Awareness (Point 2 of our 10-Point Plan). Chapters and members are encouraged to support initiatives that promote wellness, balance, and healing within our communities. Service efforts may include health education, mental health advocacy, fitness and wellness activities, self-care initiatives, or partnerships with organizations focused on overall well-being.

Taking care of ourselves and others is essential to sustaining strong communities and meaningful service.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND SERVICE

January includes MLK Day and the National Day of Service, a powerful reminder that service is an ongoing commitment. Members are encouraged to honor Dr. King’s legacy by participating in service projects that uplift, empower, and bring healing to their communities.

CONNECT

The CONNECT program opens in January and will run from January 5 through March 31. This is an opportunity for interested women to learn more about K.K.I.N.S.O., our mission, and our commitment to service before beginning their membership journey.

RECONNECT

We welcome members who are ready to return home. Through our RECONNECT initiative, members can submit their reactivation and rejoin the work of service, sisterhood, and legacy. National Convention

On behalf of the 2024–2026 Krimson Kourts Incorporated National Service Organization Grand Council, Executive Board, National Event Planning Committee, and the North Region Chapter, we are honored to cordially invite you to our 9th Biennial National Convention — “Thriving Beyond Limits: 20 Years of K.K.I.N.S.O.”

This historic convention will be held June 24–28, 2026 in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis–St. Paul, Minnesota). As we gather to celebrate two decades of unity, strength, and service, this milestone reminds us not only of where we’ve been but also of the limitless future ahead.

Our biennial conventions are the only time all four regions of our sisterhood come together in one place. It is a time to meet new members, reconnect with familiar faces, and deepen the bonds that have sustained us across 20 years.

This year’s convention focus will center on the critical tools that shape the values and identity of K.K.I.N.S.O. Attendees will leave empowered — confident in the future of our membership and equipped to carry forward what we choose to preserve, enhance, and never forget. We cannot wait to celebrate this monumental 20-year milestone with you in the Twin Cities!
